Viatris – “Mission Capture” gala event

Service: technical production + decorative build for the gala

The challenge

The organizing hub was in Dubai, while we had to deliver a “world-class” production in Budapest under tight deadlines.
A special challenge was that between the two sessions the set had to be rebuilt quickly and invisibly — without affecting the audience experience.

Solution — international level, local routine

  • Visual: 30 m² indoor, widescreen LED wall, dynamic switching of animated backgrounds and award content.

  • Custom production: stage and venue decor elements tailored to the brand, with “Mission Capture” giant signs.
