Viatris – “Mission Capture” gala | Hilton Budapest

Task: Technical and decorative execution at an international level.

Challenge: Dubai organizing center, extremely tight deadlines, 2 sessions in 1 day. The set had to be rebuilt between the sessions without the audience noticing anything.

Solution: 30 m² indoor LED wall, custom branding elements, and large props; precise run-of-show + continuous remote coordination.

Execution: 8 hours of construction + 3 hours of rehearsal, followed by a precisely timed live show.

Result: Invisible reconstruction between sessions; complete branding integration from the stage to the photo wall.
