The Challenge
The ballroom serving as the conference venue was impressive, but presented technical challenges: the room was extremely wide. With a single central projection surface, guests seated in the side sectors would have had to continuously turn their heads sideways to view the presentation. For a full-day professional forum, this means an uncomfortable, "neck-craning" experience that reduces attention span. The task was clear: ensure that partners seated on the far edges of the back rows received the same premium visual experience as those sitting in the center of the front row.
The Solution: Repeater Displays
The ADAM Media team designed a three-phase LED system for the venue:
- Main Wall: A large, widescreen LED wall was placed in the center of the stage, providing the main messages and the backbone of the stage set.
- Side "Wingmen": Two additional, smaller LED walls were installed on both sides of the room, angled towards the audience.
- Synchronized Content: While the central wall was dominated by the visual identity, the side walls displayed a mix of live camera image (IMAG) and details of the presentations. This allowed those seated further away to see the speaker's face and the data on the slides up close – without having to turn their heads.
Results in Numbers
- 3 synchronized LED surfaces.
- 160°+ viewing angle – distortion-free image from any point in the room.
- Full HD live image broadcasting from the stage to the side walls.
- 0% information loss for guests seated on the edges.
