The Challenge
A Svájc Államalapítás Napja alkalmából szervezett protokolláris rendezvényen a Svájci Nagykövetség a rezidencia rózsakertjében bízott meg bennünket a teljes rendezvénytechnika megvalósításával. Egy diplomáciai fogadásnál a hibalehetőség nulla. A protokoll szigorú, a megjelenésnek makulátlannak kell lennie. A Svájci Nagykövetség kertje gyönyörű helyszín, de technikailag "aknamező": a tervezett színpad helyét féltett rózsabokrok és egyenetlen talaj uralta. A feladat az volt, hogy a kert természetes szépségét megőrizve építsünk fel egy olyan technikai bázist, ami méltó a nemzeti ünnep rangjához, de egyetlen rózsaszirom sem sérülhet meg a telepítés során.
The Solution: "Surgical" Stage Building
The ADAM team chose engineering precision over brute force:
- Integration with Nature: We did not cut the plants. We used custom stage elements with adjustable legs, which were carefully positioned between the rose bushes. The stage practically "floated" above the flowers, with black skirting concealing the support structure, creating an elegant, clean overall look.
- Sunlight-Proof Technology: Since it was a garden party, projection was out of the question. We installed a high-brightness, outdoor LED wall that provided a contrasting, vivid image for the Swiss image films even in the afternoon sun.
- Digital Protocol: We placed our own digital lectern on the stage. The Swiss coat of arms appeared on its display, which created a much more elegant and modern effect than a traditional, stickered plexiglass stand.
Results in Numbers
- 0 damaged plants during installation and dismantling.
- 100% visibility even in open-air lighting conditions.
- Complete brand fidelity: the digital devices shone in the Swiss national colors.
