The Challenge
Impressing the international management of a multinational company is no small task. At the Viatris "Mission Capture" gala, the stakes were the satisfaction of top management and global partners. The special difficulty of the project was given by communication and time factors: the organization was centered in Dubai, and the deadlines were extremely tight. The task was to create a complex stage design and program that would hold its own anywhere in the world – all coordinated remotely.
The innovative solutions applied during the project served not only technical precision but also the maximization of the visual experience. The 30 nm indoor LED wall provided a crystal-clear image, ensuring that the presentations coming from the Dubai headquarters and the elements of the live show were perfectly showcased from every angle in the Hilton Budapest ballroom. Despite tight deadlines, our event technology team ensured seamless execution, reinforcing our international expertise in managing complex events.
The Solution: International Standards
ADAM bridged the distance, combining local knowledge with global expectations:
- Complex Visual: In line with the "Mission Capture" concept, we built a wide LED wall on which animated backgrounds and award content dynamically alternated.
- Custom production: we did not settle for standard elements. We produced custom elements tailored to the event's branding for the stage and room decoration, including the large "Mission Capture" signs placed in the space.
- Flawless execution: thanks to continuous communication with the Dubai headquarters and precise scripting, the live show ran exactly on time.
